Settlement between the daughter of Haji Aqa ‘Ali (wife of the late Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan) [Bibi Sakinah?] and Navvabah ‘Illiyah [Zinat al-Hajiyah?], daughter of Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali). This settlement to divide a garden was reached due to a dispute between the two as they both claimed ownership of the property.

Testimony by a number of people, including Mu’ayyad al-Mamalik, regarding Nimtaj Khanum's trespassing on Kulah Farangi property in Nizamiyah Garden, which belongs to the underage children of Nizam al-Mulk. She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.

The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. Settlement between Khanum Sultan and Aqa Baygum, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman. Khanum Sultan demanded her share of the inheritance and what was hers according to her marriage contract.
